T1

This is the first step that comes out of the mold (e.g., injection molding).

EP1: Engineering Prototype 1

PP: Pilot Production

This is the stage when the factory moves to mass production and refines and improves the quality management procedures in the wholesale toys development.

These components are usually used as commercial or marketing samples and are sometimes sold to consumers (subject to approval and certification by external testing institutions).

MP: Mass Production

If you have taken all of the above steps, the risk of unforeseen situations at this stage is significantly reduced. This is especially important for products that appear in stores in November for sale in the Christmas season.
